2025 Booth Packages and Costs

UTECH Las Americas will return on June 4-6, 2025, to Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City, Mexico. Includes:

• Back and lateral walls, 1m (3.28 ft) wide by 2.50m (8.20 ft) high. Anodized aluminium and laminated white panels.
• A header sign 30cm wide and 3 meters long; (includes company name and booth no.)
• A single-phase, double electrical outlet for 1,000 watts (for each 9 m²) 120v
• 60 cycles
• 1 table (.60 x 1.20 x .74m H)
• 2 chairs
• 1 wastebasket
• 1 slim light lamp 2 x 38 watts
• Carpet
• General decoration and illumination of the booth
• 24-hour perimeter security service
• Cleaning service for aisles and common areas
• Inclusion in the exhibitor directory
• Participation diploma
• Exhibitor badges (one per each 3 m²)
• Advertising and promotion campaign

Cost: $535 per m2 (For bookings up to 30 days after 2023 event)

Early bird cost: $562 per m2 (valid from 30 days until end of 2023)

Normal Cost: $572 per m2 (valid from 1st of January 2024 until the show)

+16% administrative fee.

This package is per each 9 square meters contracted.

Normal Cost: $486 per m2 (valid from 1st of January 2024 until the show) 

+ 16% administrative fee.

Minimum of 18 square meters.
