Staci Wegener is the Polyurethane Systems Business Director at BASF, where she leads the flexible foam and specialties business in North America. Since her arrival at BASF in 2012, she has taken on diverse roles within the polyurethane sector, impacting various end-use markets, including consumer goods, construction, and transportation. Staci is passionate about sustainability and actively advocates for the development of sustainable solutions throughout the polyurethane value chain. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern University and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University.
